Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our LFRT and CFRTP composite materials

LFRT is a type of composite material where long fibers (typically 10-25mm) are embedded in a thermoplastic matrix. Unlike short fiber composites, long fibers provide significantly better mechanical properties including higher impact strength, better fatigue resistance, and improved dimensional stability.
We offer LFRT pellets in a wide range of base resins including PP (Polypropylene), PA6, PA66 (Nylon), ABS, PBT, PET, PPS, PEEK, and TPU. Each resin provides different performance characteristics suited to specific application requirements.
LGF uses glass fiber reinforcement which offers excellent cost-performance balance, good impact resistance, and is ideal for structural components. LCF uses carbon fiber which provides superior strength-to-weight ratio, higher stiffness, excellent EMI shielding, and is preferred for high-performance applications where weight reduction is critical.
Our standard LFRT pellets are produced with fiber lengths of 10mm, 12mm, and 25mm. The pellet length equals the fiber length, ensuring maximum reinforcement effectiveness. Custom fiber lengths can be developed upon request for specific application requirements.
Standard fiber content ranges from 20% to 60% by weight, with 30%, 40%, and 50% being the most common options. The optimal fiber content depends on the target application's mechanical, thermal, and processing requirements. Our engineering team can recommend the best formulation for your needs.
Yes, custom formulation is one of our core strengths. We can tailor the base resin, fiber type, fiber content, colorant, and functional additives (UV stabilizers, flame retardants, wear resistance agents, etc.) to meet your specific performance requirements.
Our standard MOQ is 1 ton for regular products. For custom formulations, the MOQ may vary depending on the complexity of the formulation. Please contact our sales team for specific MOQ information related to your requirements.
Standard products typically ship within 7-15 business days. Custom formulations may require 15-30 business days depending on the development and testing requirements. Rush orders can be accommodated for standard products - please contact us for availability.
Yes, we provide comprehensive Technical Data Sheets for all our products. TDS include detailed mechanical properties (tensile strength, flexural modulus, impact strength), thermal properties (HDT, melting point), and processing parameters. Contact us to request specific product data sheets.
Yes, we export to customers worldwide. We have experience shipping to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and many other regions. We handle all export documentation and can arrange shipping via sea freight, air freight, or express courier depending on order size and urgency.
Standard packaging is 25kg kraft paper bags on pallets, with options for 500kg/1000kg big bags for large orders. We also offer custom packaging solutions including vacuum-sealed bags for moisture-sensitive materials. All packaging is designed for safe international shipping.
We are ISO/TS16949 certified and recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and Technology SME. We hold over 40 invention patents and 14 utility model patents. Our quality management system covers the entire production process from raw material inspection to final product testing.
